- COPD Prepared Button—Place this button on your Web site or blog to show your patients that you are “COPD Prepared” and support the effort to fight the disease.

- Facebook Application—This application will be useful for both clinicians and patients. On one side, it will allow patients to take the COPD Population Screener (COPD-PS) on Facebook. The other side of the application will feature a resource center for clinicians filled with documents and information on the STEP program and COPD. Place this app on your own Facebook pages.
- Widget—The widget will have the same functionality as the Facebook application. However, it is not limited to just Facebook, but can be placed on Web sites, blogs, and other online mediums. Clinicians can place this on their websites as a resource for their patients to take the COPD Population Screener (COPD-PS) or to learn more about COPD. Install the widget on your Web site.
